Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you absolute command over your e-mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a brand new email account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can forward mail messages from one email box account to another, configure email filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your e-mail boxes against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail box accounts against junk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited e-mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mails based on certain criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and change the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other mailbox accounts. Simply choose the email account you would like to redirect email messages from, then specify the destination e-mail box and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
